ORDER ADMINISTRATION

Size is a personal preference so we are not able to make recommendations on fit. However, please note that all sizes on our site are in US, EU and UK sizing.

You can also confirm your size by seeing size chart mentioned on our website and order accordingly.

Unfortunately, our system does not allow us to make changes to an order (size, quantity, style, etc.) once your order has been placed. Since our entire inventory is independently owned, we may not have another shoe available in an alternate size or color for the same price.

We are sorry to hear you are not able to place an order. If you are unable to complete the checkout process, our system will give you an error message. RETURNS

Items can be exchanged if there is size issue. If We haven’t delivered the Size that you have ordered, Exchange will be free of Cost. Otherwise If you have ordered wrong size for yourself then You will have to pay Our shipping charges.

Items can be returned if you don’t like the quality simply return us back the item and we will refund the money.

DELIVERY

We use quality courier services such as DHL and EMS for fast transporting that is not only fastest in the world but most secure comes with trackings.We only want the best for our Hopkicks customers and want to process your orders as quickly as possible. In light of this you can expect your package to arrive within 1-2 weeks for international addresses. Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances – international customs delays, weather delays, etc. – these timelines are approximate. Once your order ships, you will receive a notification from our shipping partner with an estimated delivery date.

We use well reputed courier Service Worldwide, DHL and EMS. They ship quick and hassle free. We will provide you DHL / EMS tracking id so that  You can Stay tuned with your order from our ware house to your home.

It is typically up to the discretion of the driver to leave a package unattended if you are not home to receive your package. Should your order be returned to us, you will be refunded the original purchase price of your order minus the original shipping fee. If you would like us to re-ship your package to you, please contact customer support and we will do our best to accommodate you. For international orders, if your package is returned to us, you will be refunded the purchase price minus the original shipping charge as well as the return shipping charge assessed by our carrier.

We reserve the right to suspend your account if an excessive number of packages are returned to us.

No. For all international orders, customs and duties due will be billed to you upon delivery of your package.Though usually hopkicks customer never face such like issues if package contains couple of pairs but if it gets increased to big packages like 7-15 pairs then duty may be charged according to your local custom policies

In general, it is up to the discretion of the delivery driver to leave a package unattended and in a safe place. If you’re unavailable during standard delivery times for your local carrier, you can contact them directly once your package ships to arrange for a pick-up at your local delivery center. We do not allow our packages to be re-routed to an alternate address once they have been shipped.
